Have you ever been challenged by temptation in your Christian life

Have you ever been challenged by temptations in your Christian life? 90% of the answers I can imagine are (YES)s . As followers of Christ , we are prone to temptations and trials .....cos Jesus never promised a stress free journey, he promised a safe landing.
Personal scenario of my trials:- there were times I asked for re-dedication into God's work and I just find myself going back to the sin(lies) I just asked forgiveness for. It's kinda frustrating to me, But people tend to take lies for a 'no big deal' normal smart act.Trials knock at our heart and surround us. Temptations set in,hoping feel the pressure. Tough times come right after a moment of joy or small victory.
We toss and turn at night, wondering how these things work their way into our thoughts, into our dreams. It starts to feel like were in a batting cage struggling to hit the balls being fired at us. It gets exhausting. I am writing this post because I know its gonna touch someone out there who is presently in the same shoes I was back then. I have come to realize that one can find comfort and restoration in the word of God (Holy Bible),which is the paramount means  to counter every temptations and trial one might be facing. Below are few tips to be considered when dealing with issues concerning re-occurrence of unconscious sinful act:-
1. Keeping Faith in Hard Times
Going by faith or, really living by faith is about the free-will choice to trust God and choose His way over our own.
2.Stay Strong in the Word
Even and maybe even especially when we most desire to have a mind like Christ and live God’s way, battles attempt to set up camp in our heart.
In this same week, the Bible Verse of the Day dealt with keeping faith in tough times. No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind.
And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted,he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. (1Corinthians 10:13). Finally, let us be be aware that sin can come from sense we've got within us which we can learn to harness . Where thoughts originate So, what triggers negative thought patterns? The Lord has given us physical senses so we can interact with each other and our world. The capacity to see, hear, touch, taste, and smell is an amazing gift from God, which affects how our thoughts develop and what we think.
However, because we are continually being influenced by the fallen world around us, we don't always use these abilities in a way that honors Him. We experience a sight, sound, smell, flavor, or touch that gives us momentary pleasure and we begin to think.
