u've got to thank Him

There are so many reasons u have to thank God.
while thinking about those who has made it and u are yet to make it,also think about those that are dead,whilst you still live.
Those that are sick while you er healthy, those that haven't eaten for days, when you have just skipped one meal. I just wanna take us through some reasons we really need to thank God for, if you've really not gotten any.
FEW REASONS OUT OF MANY WHY WE SHOULD THANK GOD.
1. Great benefits and blessings come to those who consistently thank God.
Psalms 92:1 (NLT) It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to the Most High. 2. God willingly helps us when we are in need.
Psalms 28:7 (NLT) The Lord is my strength, my shield from every danger. I trust in Him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.
3. God is our source of joy.
Psalms 43:4 (NLT) There I will go to the altar of God, to God-the source of all my joy. I will praise You with my harp, O God, my God!
4. God carries our burdens for us.
Psalms 68:19 (GW) Thanks be to the Lord, who daily carries our burdens for us. God is our salvation.
5. Great benefits and blessings come to those who consistently thank God.
Psalms 92:1 (NLT) It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to the Most High. 6. God answers our prayers and saves us.
Psalms 118:21 (NLT) I thank You for answering my prayer and saving me!.
7. God's Word is good-all His laws are just and good.
Psalms 119:62 (Living) At midnight I will rise to give my thanks to You for Your good laws. 8. God forgives and comforts us.
Isaiah 12:1 (CEV) At that time you will say, "I thank you Lord! You were angry with me, but you stopped being angry and gave me comfort."
9. God does miracles for us.
Isaiah 25:1 (GW) O Lord, You are my God. I will highly honor You; I will praise Your name. You have done miraculous things. You have been completely reliable in carrying out Your plans from long ago.
10. God delivers us from evil.
Jeremiah 20:13 (NLT) Now I will sing out my thanks to the Lord! Praise the Lord! For though I was poor and needy, He delivered me from my oppressors.
11. In Christ, God has delivered us from the power of sin.
Romans 6:17 (NLT) Thank God! Once you were slaves of sin, but now you have obeyed with all your heart the new teaching God has given you.
12. God is generous with His gifts to us.
I Corinthians 1:4 (NLT) I can never stop thanking God for all the generous gifts He has given you, now that you belong to Christ Jesus.
13. God is our source of mercy and help.
II Corinthians 1:3 (TEV) Let us give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the merciful Father, the God from whom all help comes!

DON'T STOP AT THE BUS STOP Vol 1.

But shop is a place where buses and different types of vehicles stop people or pick people or where people wait for others.
Your bus stop is not your destination,many great men and women have stopped at the bus stop thinking that their journey have ended,bus stop is bus stop,keep moving until you get to your destination,no matter how beautiful the bus stop may be,no matter how attractive the bus stop may be,don't mind the decorations so far,or the people you always meet there whenever you get there,don't stop there because it is not the end of your journey.
Stopping at the bus stop may cause damages in your life,stopping at the bus stop may cause one to cry had I know later,stopping at the bus stop may cause delay in one's life. Many people have wasted their time at the bus stop.
What I mean by this topic when one thinks that where he or she is their limit. Some think that the level they are is ok,some thinks that they can not make it in life,some thinks that all hope is lost,,some are passing through trials and persecution thinking that all hope is lost,some thinks that because they had problem yesterday,they will not make it tomorrow.
You can rise again as a youth,no matter where you had failed,no matter what has happened to you in the past or how everybody forsaked you, trust in yourself and trust in GOD because you still have a long way to go.

what we worship

We resemble what we revere. When we worship money, we view ourselves and others in terms of our cash value.
We see people as creditors, debtors, and customers, rather than as human beings made in the image of God. When we worship sex, we treat ourselves and others as dehumanized objects of sexual pleasure—good for nothing other than the next orgasm.
And when we worship power, we turn every relationship into a contest between competitors, managers, and pawns.
The tragedy of becoming what we worship is that our false gods “have mouths but cannot speak, and eyes but cannot see.
They have ears but cannot hear, and noses but cannot smell” (Psalm 115:5-6). When God says that we become like idols, He means that we become mute, blind, and deaf to what matters most.
That’s why God told Isaiah that idolatrous Israel would “not see with their eyes, nor hear with their ears, nor understand with their hearts and turn to [Him] for healing” (Isaiah 6:10).
They had been serving idols for so long that they had become deaf to the very voice of God.
Nothing dulls our awareness of God as efficiently as the media.
Movies and television shows ignore God in their pursuit of money, sex, and power. Have you ever heard an onscreen character say, “Let’s pray about this” or “I wonder what God’s Word says about our problem”?
We regain our ear for the music of God when we destroy our idols and practice living in His presence.
Karl Barth explained that we become “like a latecomer slipping shamefacedly into creation’s choir . . .
which has never ceased its praise, but merely suffered and sighed . . . that in inconceivable folly and ingratitude its living center man does not hear its voice, its response, its echoing of the divine glory.” Better late than never. —Mike Wittmer
