CAN WE TALK ABOUT LOVE? (part two)

Val is just few days away but to shade it seems like a decade, she wished she could alter the hand of time and make Val’s day hours Away or change the date of val to feb 12 but on tola’s side it was as if he should postpone val till next year, he couldn’t just face his friends again to tell them he didn’t pour out his heart to shade, he could clearly remember the verbal abuse they gave him when he told them he didn’t tell her the last time. He just wished shade could read his mind and he could read hers too, may be it would have been easier for him. he was still lost in his thought when he remembered there will be champions league matches that night and he wouldn’t miss that for anything in the world, he hurried out of his bed and dashed to the sport arcade. 14:02:13 Wow the long awaited feb 14 is here and it was as if shade woke up on the right side of the bed.. She practically woke up with a smile, it was really a long night for her, she slept late thinking about what to wear, how to eat and the likes but still wandering why tola would want to go out with her on vals day and he didn’t even mention where they were going to, so she decided to send him a text Tola on the other side woke up very tired and the night was too short for him. He still hope his eyes were shut but the early morning sun didn’t give that opportunity.. He had forgotten he had an outing with shade that day and had even forgotten it was vals day, he was about getting up to do his house chores when his phone beeped. The text from shade sent a spine down his throat, his heart was beating faster that the beat of any jazz song, She just sent him a text message wishing him a happy valentine’s day. He knew there was more to the message, it was actually a reminder of their date. Wow I have to get to the atm machine ASAP (he said to himself) but he knew that wasn’t his problem. He just wished he won’t act annoying again today, he wished he could pray about it but he wasn’t sure of a YES or NO from God so he didn’t bother to do that.
