More by Lawrence Flowers & Intercession

Oh, the worshipper in me wants to be free

From the cares of life that seem to weigh me

down

Oh, the worshipper in me needs consistency

To lift my hands to give you praise when no

one's around

Oh, the worshipper in me wants to break free

From the intellectual mentality

Like when I should be up, I'm seated in my seat

I should be lifting my hands, giving you praise

and glory

I should be giving you more...more

I wanna give my best to you

I wanna do what you ask me to

I wanna go where ever you say

Just say the word and I'll obey

I wanna live a life that's real

I wanna serve you Lord for real

Lord, you deserve all this and more

So I give you more...more more

So I give you more...more more

You're deserving of more

I give you more

It's in You, written by James davidson......

Unless you know yourself, you cannot become yourself
-Socrates

The power of possibility is in you, and for you to locate or explore it , you must have discovered who you really are. A person might not know himself or herself, you might not know your capability of ability to make things happen.
I have the privilege of mingling with few friends who took the courage involving themselves in tasks they knew nothing about and they ended up being so successful at doing them. That made them surprised as they never believed they had such abilities and so they were like” I never knew I can do this or” was it me who did these things? So therefore, for you to be successful, you must first realize yourself, the CAN do spirit, your limit and how far you can go.

The question is:
Who do you think you are? The question sounds funny but I must tell you 80 percent of people I ask, couldn’t give an appropriate answer to it, and I am sure you do not have a convincing answer to this either. This is why I will be taking you through some assessment models which will make you check and ascertain the person in you and you will eventually be able to answer the question of Who do you think you are ?

Your Success in Christ: Success based on my personal encounter with Christ (Kindle Edition) by Daniel Kenneth

People must have been wondering why good things have not come their way all this while, but the reality is that maybe the time hasn’t arrived. For some, their time arrived and they were unable to make proper use of it due to the fact that they do not have Christ in their lives. However, for a person to be successful in Christ, one must abide in him. To some people, success is all about material prosperity and riches, but to me “success” is a legacy. It is an act of impacting and improving lives of people and also setting a legacy for all to follow. When a person is in line with the things of the Lord, all other
things falls into place for such person. So to my personal understanding, success is in Christ.
In this book, you will find insight into Understanding what success is, my success secret which is Christ, success based on my personal encounter with Christ and the road to success in Christ Jesus. I am pretty sure you will be enlighten after going through this book.click here to download

Appreciating The Place Of DrugsAnd Medical Procedures InHandling Of Illnesses.

I had to create this topic because of something that happened recently. Mr. Kunle, a man I know, contracted tuberculosis early this year. He died few days ago because he refused medical attention until when it became too late (as I later found out from one of his co-workers). Tuberculosis is treatable (the drugs are free) but when not properly handled through early diagnosis and drug therapy, it could lead to death. It is a disease that no one should die of if proper medical treatments are employed but Mr. Kunle died because he refused to go for treatment on time. This is one of many of such cases where people refuse medical treatment. The reason that most of them give (in the Nigerian society for instance) apart from the expenses involved is that they have 'faith' that the sickness will go away.
Some people discontinue their medication with the belief that a miracle will occur. No doubt, miracles do occur but one should not stop taking his medication because of that. My aunt has a heart disease and she is believing God for healing but that does not mean that she should stop taking her medication. Some people neglect symptoms of illness in their bodies and say 'nothing will happen' and they refuse to go for medical check-up. But before they know it, a lot has happened and they are down with a serious illness. Others tell themselves that they are now well even when the sickness is still evident.
There are people who have been placed on a diet because of an existing medical condition but they keep on eating what they should not eat hoping that 'nothing will happen'A lady had cancer but she kept having 'faith' that it would go away when she knew her faith wasn't strong. By strong faith I mean a strong conviction that circumstances will definitely change. She eventually had to go for chemotherapy but by that time, the cancer had already reached the metastatic stage where the treatment could hardly be of much help to her. She could have delayed the course of the disease and prolonged her life if she had sought for medical help on time.
Let me state clearly that I am not against relying on divine healing. What I'm saying is that God can use anything including drugs to bring your healing.
